“Article: Education Trust founder says Michigan ‘on the right track’ with preschool funding”

The Education Trust’s founder, Kati Haycock, was in Michigan to speak at the 2014 Mackinac Policy Conference.  She gave a talk stating that while Michigan is on the right track with their investments in early childhood education – the state still has a long way to go to fill the acheivement gaps for low-income and minority students.
