“Learning Together, Leading For Equity,” a MTLC virtual conference
Don’t miss your chance to hear from outstanding Michigan education professionals at “Learning Together, Leading For Equity,” a virtual conference for educators hosted by the Michigan Teacher Leadership Collaborative (MTLC)! Educators can earn 2.5 free SCECHs for participating!
Conference highlights include:
- Opening Keynote delivered by Author and Award-Wining Teacher at Lowell High School in Massachusetts Jessica Lander.
- Bridge Michigan Reporter Isabel Lohman will moderate a panel discussion with Representative Nancy DeBoer and Senator Stephanie Chang, members of the Michigan legislature.
- Fireside chat with Brandon Lane and Walter Reese two leaders from the Black Male Educators Alliance.
- Closing Keynote delivered by Dr. Rick Joseph, 2016 Michigan Teacher of the Year, who currently serves as a Master Teacher at Wayne Elementary School in Detroit Public Schools Community District.
