Sara Brintnall, J.D.
Operations Manager
Sara Brintnall is the operations manager at The Education Trust-Midwest and works with the organization’s operations, development, and finance teams.
Sara began working with the newly opened Education Trust-Midwest as an office volunteer in 2011. A product of the Cleveland Public Schools, she was drawn to the organization’s mission of equity and high student achievement for all students. When the ETM office moved to Royal Oak, MI, Sara transitioned into the roles of Operations Consultant, Special Projects Associate, and finally Interim Operations Manager. Sara left ETM briefly in 2019 to serve as the development manager for the Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum and Leslie Science & Nature Center where she increased contributed revenue by focusing on the creation and stewarding of relationships with individual donors, local foundations, and community partners.
Sara never truly left ETM, maintaining relationships with former colleagues, and remaining up-to-date on the organization’s work and priorities. She holds a bachelor of arts from the College of Wooster and a juris doctorate from the Cleveland State University College of Law. She has a strong background in nonprofit and civic advocacy work and is thrilled to return to the ETM team.
