Senior Data and Policy Analyst
Jacqueline Gardner is a senior data and policy analyst supporting qualitative and quantitative research, practice and policy initiatives at the Education Trust-Midwest.
Gardner began her career as a data and evaluation specialist at Michigan State University, where she supported the data needs of Michigan schools and districts, specifically focusing on state of Michigan accountability requirements and student assessment data. Gardner has co-authored articles published in nationally refereed journals and a book for the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement (IEA).
Currently, she is working on her Ph.D. in Education Policy at Michigan State University.
Gardner holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, a master’s degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University, as well as a master’s degree in Education Policy and Leadership from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Gardner is alumni of the Education Policy Fellowship Program through the Education Policy Center at Michigan State University.
